These cookies are used to collect information in anonymous form about how visitors use our website (for example, the day and time of the current visit, any previous visits to the website by the same visitor, and the website from you have come to our website, etc.). Our company uses this information in order to improve its website. For further information, please see Google’s privacy statements.

In addition to the cookies listed in the table above, there are also the so-called session cookies, i.e. cookies that are not permanently stored on the user’s computer and are generally deleted when the browser is no longer used.

Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) for no longer than the time necessary to allow the use of a given service and the secure and efficient exploration of the website. The so-called session cookies used in this website avoid using other processing technologies that may potentially affect the confidentiality of the user navigation and do not allow for the acquisition of the user personal identification data.
Anyway, most browsers allow for a certain control over most cookies through the setting of the browser itself. If the user does not wish to receive any type of cookies on his computer, neither from this website nor from any other website, he can raise the privacy protection of his browser using the appropriate function. SBI S.r.l. recalls that, pursuant to article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, the user can require at any time those who make use of these solutions, to delete information collected via cookies.

SHARING, COMMUNICATING AND DISSEMINATING DATA
The data collected may be transferred or disclosed to other companies solely for the purpose of activities that are closely linked and instrumental to the service operations, such as the management of the IT system. Any personal data supplied by users requesting the sending of information material (brochures, information material, etc.) is used solely for the purpose of carrying out the service or the performance required and is communicated to third parties only where this is necessary to that end (enveloping/labelling/shipment providers). Except for these cases, personal data will not be communicated or granted to anyone, subject to any contractual clause or to the consent of the parties concerned. In this respect, personal data may be transmitted to third parties, but only in the case where: a) express consent has been given to share such data with third parties; b) there is a need to share the information with third parties in order to provide the service requested; c) this is necessary to comply with requests made by judicial or public security authorities. No information deriving from the Web service will be disseminated.

In accordance with the same article they have the right to obtain the deletion, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data being processed in violation of the law as well as opposing in any case their processing for legitimate reasons.
